Career Exploration
Grade level: 3rd–5th Duration: approximately 90 minutes over two class periods.
Students explore and research careers of interest, consider their own skills and interests, and practice communication and interviewing by talking with a professional in a selected career.
The lesson connects career development, English Language Arts and Social Studies, with research using classroom computers or Chromebooks and guided interview questions.
